Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed (cats or dogs). There is an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet and pet rent of $25/month for each pet.
Tenants are responsible for electric utilities (no natural gas), water/sewer, refuse, and any optional internet/cable. Washer/dryer hookups are located in the utility room. Tenant is responsible for landscaping the yard.
This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property.
We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.
Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of approval. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later (home is available March 5, 2025).
