Floor Air Conditioning unit keeps it cool or circulates air. Top of the line Cadet wall heaters. All utilities included.

This stay also happened to be my first time in Portland, and living at this location allowed me to get the full experience experience. There are excellent cafes, bars, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores within walking distance. Having a deck on each side of the upper level was an absolute luxury, not to mention the abundance of natural light. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed to feel right at home. T was very kind and considerate throughout my stay, and responded quickly to any inquiries I had. Would absolutely recommend!!

Perfect Location

This is a perfect location for some of the best areas in Portland, next to Hawthorne and Belmont street. Grocery store within walking distance as well as tons of cool shops/restaurants. Mt. Tabor park is less than a mile away, which has a great dog park! Street parking only, but my car was fine. I never felt unsafe enjoying the nightlife or walking my dog after dark. Washer/dryer in unit, owner lives on the property but I felt like I had tons of privacy. Cute apartment and sad I'm moving on!

This rental is incredible. Recently built, spacious, lots of light and outdoor hangout spots. Its in the perfect neighborhood with so much to do. T is wonderful and very accommodating! Highly recommend this property.

This was such an amazing place to stay during my assignment! I loved the newly remodeled unit, abundant deck space, fenced yard, and washer/dryer. Anything I needed for the space, the owner was happy to provide. Close to my hospital, great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants/bars. I would definitely recommend this property! Read More
