-Please note, outdoor plants have grown quite a bit since these photos were taken. Outdoor area is artificial turf, so no lawn mowing, however, occasional weeding and trimming is sometimes needed. Tenant must also maintain hot tub chemical supply, which is also very easy. Hot tub is very simple to drain and refill so the water can always be as fresh as you want. Hot tub chemicals are about $15/month.
-Accent wall is no longer orange - it's a deep blue. If you'd like to paint it a different color, that may be negotiable, depending on the paint.
-Tenant pays all utilities, including high speed internet, water/sewer, garbage service, electric and gas.
-Storage shed outside with about another 175 SF, including an extra fridge and lots of shelving
