This condominium complex of 42 units is nestled within 8 forested acres perched on a hilltop overlooking Willamette Cove, Forest Hills, and downtown Portland. Ours is a quiet, laid back community of people enjoying living within a secluded spot... surrounded by nature. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance as is the Willamette River and Cathedral Park. The bus stop is 1 block away on N Willamette Blvd, as is a local coffee shop. Additionally there is a fenced dog park right next door. There is a reserved spot in the carport for 1 car and additional parking is available on site. The storage locker on the front porch is big enough to store a couple of bicycles. Additional storage is available from the HOA. There is a swimming pool which is open around 4-5 months of the year, and a clubhouse that can be reserved through the HOA for large gatherings. The owners of the unit live in the same building and will be close at hand should anything arise that needs fixing or you need help with. Pets are fine, just no large breeds of dogs because they can wreak havoc on the hardwood floors.
