Renter’s Insurance: Minimum liability coverage of $100,000 required unless exempt by income.

Optional Resident Benefits Package: $33.95 per month. Includes credit building for on-time rent payments, identity theft protection up to $1,000,000, move-in concierge service, air filter delivery where applicable, and a resident rewards program. Optional pest control add-on is $15 per month. Optional insurance add-on is $11.95 per month.
