Bedroom with Private Bath in Cozy House

This is an upstairs bedroom with an attached private bathroom in a house with two other bedrooms and bathrooms. There are two other girls living on the house who work at UO, who are very respectful and clean housemates! We are the first tenants to... live in the house, so everything is new and works very well. Incredible location on the east side of campus, super close to Market of Choice, Hirons, and Hendricks. About a 10 min walk to Hayward Field.

I am leaving Eugene for the summer and am looking for someone to take over the last month of the lease AND sign on for the the next year. Utilities are not included in the rent, and add up to an additional $70-110 per month depending on the season.
