The apartment is comfortable and cozy in one of the best neighborhoods in Eugene. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, in walking/biking distance of the University of Oregon, the Laurelwood Brewery and neighborhood cafes. The other houses in the... neighborhood are owner-occupied and many of the families are long-time friends.
The apartment is at the lower level of a larger home that belongs to our family. It is totally private, fully furnished, has good light and a large sliding patio door that opens onto the back yard.
The main house upstairs is currently occupied by a family affiliated with the University of Oregon. They are very quiet. Laundry is in the garage and shared with them.
My husband and I live next door so we are easily available to attend to your needs but also will fully respect your privacy. I am a retired UO professor of computer science. My husband founded the best bike shop in town: Pauls' Bicycle Way of Life.
