7045 SW Garden Home offers a spacious, open concept floor plan which receives great light thanks to the large windows that surround the space. This home has a mixture of of plush carpeting and vinyl flooring throughout the unit.

The landlord provides garbage and landscaping for common areas. The tenant is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, patio landscaping, and all other utilities. Water/sewer is billed back using a RUBS system based on occupancy.
