2 Bedroom house, 2 miles off campus

I'm looking for a new person to move into the other bedroom in this house, as my current housemate is moving out in May. There's a good amount of kitchen space, a living room, and the property has a small yard/garden. It's also a short walk from... downtown about a 15 minute bike ride from campus.

Parking is free, it's a gravel lot right outside the house and is shared with the adjacent house.

Both my housemate and I are currently out of town, but I can have more pictures of the property (especially the bedroom that will be vacant) once I'm back. The dogs in some of the photos are his, and I don't have any pets myself.
