It is in a very good neighborhood. The house has 4 room but because the biggest didn't have a clothing closet inside so I only put in 3 bedroom. There also a big laundry utility room with dryer and washer space there also a... sink. There also a second floor deck. To rent this place you have show total income that is 50% more then the rent also I don't increase rent unless I need to so a lot of time there are no rent increase because the rent are low most people live in the unit for more then 15 years. I'm OK with pet but there is a one time refundable pet fee. So as long as you pay for having pet you can pets. If your are wanting to rent it, we can go over the money when we do the walk-through.
