This is a 5x5 girls apartment at the Rive in downtown Eugene. The room for rent has its own bathroom attached, allowing for complete privacy. The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building, with a view looking towards Skinner's Butte. This room is... being rented for the ENTIRE 2025-2026 academic year: so September 2025 until August 2026. Base rent is $960, but I am willing to negotiate on some level. All girls living in the apartment are incoming juniors and very friendly!
