This neighborhood is changing very quickly, lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance! I worked down town for a year, and my average commute from here was 15 minutes, 20-25 at its worst. If you like hiking in the gorge, its a short drive out east. If you like the water, the Columbia river is 10 minutes away. Its in great location to so many great things. This is a great rental and will not last long!
