Each adult occupant must provide valid photo ID, proof of income of at least 2.5× rent (if financially responsible), and supporting documentation. Expect up to 2 business days for review. Approved applicants must sign the lease and submit rent/deposits in secured funds within 2 business days (or 72 hours). Lease must begin within 10 days of approval. A nonrefundable screening fee is paid directly to the screening company and includes credit and rental history verification. Incomplete applications may be denied.
