There is one private bedroom and a shared common, lounge area. There is additional living bedroom area which can be an office or craft room.

The house is located within 15 minutes of the U of Oregon Concordia campus. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic but close to bustle of vibrant Alberta Arts district, including grocery stores, parks, bike trails, in desirable Aberta Arts and Dekum area. Tri-Met transit takes you directly down town in 20 minutes. Five minutes from I-5. close to bike path downtown, Alberta Park, Fernhill Park, the Kennedy School, New Seasons and Safeway.
