There are going to be 3 other rooms available so if you and your friends wanted to live together you would be able to. It... comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, oven, dishwasher, microwave, couch, coffee table, in unit washer and dryer, storage closet and each person has their own bathroom. There is a 24 hour gym and there is study rooms on each floor, grills on the rooftop, pool, hot tub, printer, ping pong table and more grills and lounge chairs on the 5th floor. Wifi is included in rent and utilities usually cost around 30-40 a month.
