Alder St. Greenway Studio - 10 blocks to campus

The main home is on Alder St. and a family lives there full time. The studio is behind the main home and is the lower of two units, the other being a separate upstairs studio. It is an over/under duplex layout. There is an alley that runs behind the... property. Back yard areas are available but are shared. The studio is a brand new remodel/renovation best for one guest, however two guests could fit. The open layout includes a fireplace (not to be used to burn wood), two sitting areas, a kitchen with a full size fridge and full size oven/range, and a full size bed with a wardrobe closet all surrounding a large island that seats six. This neighborhood is a residential area with a mix of rentals and home owners, near many shopping areas by foot or bike. It's on the greenway which leads straight to U of O or LCC.
