The living space is... spacious with soaring ceilings, comfy couch, WiFi and cable TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes amenities such as oven and range, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The main living space is heated and cooled with your own split unit.

The apartment is located in the quaint Washburne Historic District which is conveniently located near the charming downtown Springfield hub with eateries (Public House, Lovely and Mezza Luna), shops (Chuck and Alice) and entertainment (Wildish Threatre and Museum). Springfield is home to numerous events and activities and Eugene is just a bridge away so you can enjoy their attractions as well.

The Alice Apartment is just blocks from downtown Springfield which is vibrant, accepting and fun. Our apartment is adjacent to our main house but not connected.
