Two unfurnished or partially furnished rooms on second floor available in my cozy 3 story apartment. Can be one person or two people rent one or both. I am retired professor, now artist with one cat, preferably looking for a mature female graduate... or international student or visiting scholar who is thoughtful, responsible, kind, and independent to share my apartment, living room, kitchen, patio and enjoy a friendly home environment to work, study and relax. Internet, phone and utilities provided. Smaller room (8 x 12) is 650/month, and larger room (10 x 12) 750 a month. First and last months rent and 500 damage deposit. On site laundry. Close to the bike path, river, parks and 7 blocks from EMX bus lines. Located in the Whitaker community near organic food stores, local and ethnic restaurants, in a friendly neighborhood. Must love cats. Prefer vegetarian, or light meat consumption. (LGBTZ+ welcome). 9 month lease (academic year) can be extended if both parties agree.
