Bedroom in Friendly Neighborhood House

Renting a room in a 3 bedroom house in the Friendly Neighborhood. Room will be open by Jan 1st. Rent is 600 and deposit is 600, utilities are not included. Utilities usually come out to around 60-80 each a month, that's including electric and gas....

I am 24 and a junior at UO, I am majoring in theater and minoring in Spanish. I like doing outdoorsy things, I enjoy playing music, reading and gardening, and cooking. If I’m around the house I’ll probably be doing yoga, working on a play, cooking, reading or playing my guitar.

Preferably Non-Smoking household, 420 friendly. I have a very friendly pitty so must be comfortable with big dogs and no more animals.

I don’t really throw parties, but I like to have the occasional gathering.
