Between the two rooms is a shared full bath and a brand new kitchenette/ laundry room. The kitchenette comes equipped with a washer/dryer, new butcher block counters, a farmhouse sink, plenty of shelves and cabinet space, a microwave, nice sized apartment refrigerator, and toaster/coffee maker. You'll also share the living room, dining room, full kitchen, and peaceful large shady backyard with the daughter of homeowner. She is kind, casual and friendly food service employees and UofO student. One room is available either furnished or unfurnished.Ideal housemates would be similarly oriented female students open to new friends and relaxed board games, watching films and conversation. But there's plenty of space upstairs for privacy and spending time on your own if that's your preference. Must love pets- has one cat.
