Super quiet, clean, safe and private.

Open, wood floor living room with vaulted ceiling, ample natural light, and balcony. Recently updated kitchen, designated pantry space. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, other small appliances such as instant pot, food processor, etc.

Access to streaming from TV. Fully fenced private backyard, plenty of parking in front, attached garage to securely store bikes or gear. Full size HE washer/dryer. Shared bath, double-sink vanity, full tub/shower. Air conditioning and forced air heat throughout.

About me: I am a young professional who works remotely. On weekends I enjoy spending time outdoors and putter around doing home maintenance. I have a well-mannered, very low-key dog who is sweet and introverted, however anxious around other animals—so please, no other pets.

Must be able to pass a background and credit check, provide references, make a verifiable pre-tax income of 2.5 times rent and utilities. First month’s rent and refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent are due at time of signing.
