Where Comfort Meets Style
I’ve had a great experience at Brookland Apartments. The community is well-maintained, the apartments are modern and comfortable, and the location is convenient to everything Portland has to offer. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The grounds are clean, amenities are excellent, and it feels like a place I’m proud to call home. I highly recommend Brookland Apartments to anyone looking for quality apartment living in Portland!

Amazing conditions and pet friendly
I moved in recently and am very impressed with how nice the actually rooms are. It feels very spacious and Modern. I also love to spend time outdoors so I have a bike which can easily be stored safely here. My dog loves it too and there is a dog washing station that is clean and operates very well compared to other places I’ve lived at.

Great Management Team
My husband and I just moved in and we cannot say enough good things about the management team here. We had to move in quickly and the Melodys management team helped us so much! Absolutely love living here and everyone that works here is amazing
