Cabin Atelier
This cabin atelier is located 120 ft. back from the street, with parking feet from the entrance. Two buildings, the cabin and the owners house are 40 ft apart at the rear of the wooded lot. There is a high degree of privacy. Well insulated, with... refinished fir floor and a large south facing skylight, the main studio has good natural light and is quiet. A loft area accessible by stationary ladder features east and west skylights. At present this is an unfurnished room, bonus area. Full bathroom with counter space, mirror, shower stall, lower storage cupboard, and large east window. Kitchenette and living/sleeping area comprise the main room. A sectional couch; queen size bed; large table; butcher block island. Microwave, toaster oven, two burner hot plate, new refrigerator, baker's rack. Kitchen furnishings: pots and pans, table ware and flatware, utensils, cup towels, hot pads, cleaning supplies & dish rack, paper towel holder, etc. Rear entry opens to covered deck and allows for safe storage of bicycle and outdoor items. Rent includes natural gas, internet and garbage collection. Laundry room is shared with landlord, washer, dryer and hanging dowel. Electric and water are metered for the cabin. The property has a mature orchard, oaks and conifers. The feel is rural and private. Bus stop to campus is directly across street. Pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed.
