comfy sharehouse in northeast eugene

I am looking for a roommate in a shared home that has 3 other roommates (4 people total in the house). The property is in a great neighborhood in a very desired area of town. For Students, it is a 10 minute drive to campus, and it is also only a 10... minute commute to the RiverBend Hospital for any health care professionals.

Common spaces include the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room that are all fully furnished. There are also many outdoor seating areas in the front and the back of the home. (And a greenhouse!)

This room shares a bathroom with one other roommate upstairs and is very spacious. The room also has a very spacious walk in closet. It can be furnished for a small added fee per month, or left unfurnished!

If someone would like to change the paint color of the room, they would just have to be willing to paint the room themselves. The color can be chosen by a future tenant and must be approved by the lessor!!

Each room in the house has its own individual lease so no one is responsible for the full house rent. Utilities are a separate cost per person currently around $110 a month. The term of the lease is for 6 months that converts to month-to-month after the first 6 months are over.

Those who live here currently are very clean and highly value a well maintained space. They are in their mid twenties and enjoy both hanging out as well as personal space and downtime. There are three cats that live in the house for those who love cats! This also means that the house cannot take on anymore pets.
