It's a beautiful, century-old house, with a magnificent garden, beautifully and completely furnished, including... bedding and towels etc., with no changes allowed. No pets, no parties, no shoes, no smoking, no guests without notification, no television provided. A beautiful experience awaits you. We expect you to take extremely good care of everything. This is for studious, serious adults. Talk to your department to find other faculty or OAs for whom this would be a good fit with you, and send us an email. (Electricity, water, and natural gas bills paid by tenants.)
