Cozy Cottage is near downtown Eugene. Easy to drive, walk or cycle to the miles of bike paths along the Willamette River, downtown or the University of Oregon. A full kitchen and laundry facilities and bicycle storage are at your disposal. There is a... Taylor guitar and a ukulele if you feel like making some music, fast 340 Mbs WiFi, and a Roku 4k TV as well. This 400sf house has one bedroom with a comfortable queen size memory foam bed. The couch in the living room can make into a bed. There is a deck in back yard with a barbecue. The bathroom is on the small side and may not be suitable for some people, see photos. There is parking for one small to medium size vehicle, larger vehicles can park on nearby street. Guests have access to all of the house, back yard and laundry facilities in the shop. Utilities, internet and garbage-recycling service included.
There are security cameras actively recording audio and video at the front of the shop and side gate, there are no cameras or monitoring devices inside the living space. No unregistered guests on the property. No smoking on the premises. No vaping in the house. No pets. Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet Hours 9pm to 7am. No illegal activities including on the internet.
