Cozy House East Campus

We are two UO undergraduate students, both decently neat, quiet, and fun :) I'm 24 (she/her) and a cinema studies major who works part time as a barista. I like to play video games and enjoy baking. My roommate, 21 (she/her) is a psychology major,... enjoys yoga and music in her free time, and works part-time in retail.
We're seeking a new female-identifying roomie who values direct communication, communal support and friendship, and keeping things clean. We practice open communication and have a household built on trust and integrity. Ideally, we'd like to be roomies with another student or someone working a regular 9-5 schedule in their early to mid-twenties. A consistent income to pay rent and other bills on time is a must. Someone who is socially liberal and into arts/music/plants/baked goods would fit in well! We are a BIPOC and queer-friendly space. Our quiet hours are generally 10pm-8am, and since it's a small house, we don't usually have more than one or two guests over at a time.

The house is adorable and has a front yard with flowers and backyard with fruit trees! Super convenient and beautiful neighborhood, we are within walking distance from Hendricks Park, Market of Choice, Prince Pucklers, and the river bike paths.

THE HOUSE:
-Built in the 1920s, pink, with a historic charm
-1172 sq ft
-Rent $640 and utilities around $100-150
-Central heat and A/C
-Washer/dryer in unit
-Small bathtub for occasional luxuriating
-Shared bathroom (3bed 1bath house)
-Street parking with free pass or sharing 2 car driveway
-Furnished kitchen with lots of counter space

THE ROOM IN QUESTION:
-Unfurnished
-Large closet
-2 windows

Please NO pets, NO smoking (even weed, sorry), NO cis men, NO anti-vaxxers, NO couples
No pets and no smoking are lease rules. We are looking for a non smoker roommate and one individual to fill the room. Roommate references are a bonus but not required and preference for someone who can commit to long term (1 year).
** We are looking for a new roommate who can move in now or May 1st at the latest! Or pay May rent/utilities and move in during that month whenever works best.

If this sounds like a place you could call home, please REPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
-your name and pronouns
-a brief description of yourself and why this sounds like potentially a "good fit"
