Ducks Village Apartments (Shared Housing)

URGENT: I need someone to take over my three-bedroom apartment the listing is only for one bedroom other two already full. Roommates are super quiet though and very respectful. They are both clean and are very welcoming. Pets are okay other than dogs... , but otherwise, both roommates aren't very picky and are open to anyone who is kind, clean, and a good vibe. They are also looking for only a female tenant since the other roommates are female. Apartment is really convenient for students especially if you dont want to pay the insane prices to leave a little closer to campus. The bus stop is only a 2 min walk from the bus stop that has a route directly to campus. It is also close to downtown and bikeable to campus and close to Autzen Stadium.
The bedroom and common rooms in the apartment are already furnished. Room includes bed, a desk and a chair as well as a closet.
Clubhouse has a lot of activities and a very big community sense since there are still a majority of students from universities in Eugene here. Amenities include a fitness room, a great common room to play pool or watch tv. Outside, they have a basketball and sand volleyball court as well as a big pool and barbecue area.
