Duplex style house close to campus

Hi! Our 435 house includes the entire first floor, the second floor has an exterior entrance and is not connected and has other tenants. I currently live with two roommates who are both graduating so I am looking for two new roommates to take their... rooms :) Both rooms have their own bathroom and lots of windows! We have a shared living room with a big TV and a kitchen with lots of storage. It's super close to campus and a lot of bars restaurants etc. I'm 21 (F), open to living w anyone; I pretty much keep to myself for the most part, I don't host a lot of people so I'm looking for someone pretty lowkey, I am definitely not a neat freak but I do like to keep common spaces clean.
