Ensuite Bedroom for Sublease Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I am graduating early (Winter 2026), and I’m looking for someone to sublease from me April 6th-September 6th, 2026! This ensuite room is located on the first floor of a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath unit in South Eugene. This private bedroom has an attached... bathroom with a shower/bath. The shared space is fully (cutely) furnished and the room is unfurnished unless the sublessee chooses to buy my room furniture. This room fits a queen-sized bed and desk with plenty of walking space left. A large window with blinds is included in the room. There is a large closet with detachable sliding, mirror doors and extra storage above the closet. This is a 10/15 min walk to the University of Oregon Campus and 10 min walk to the nearest grocery store. Street parking is vastly available. The corner store is a 2 min walk. Maintenance is always available upon request. Living room and kitchen with half bathroom and balcony is located on the 2nd floor and the other 2 (female-identifying) roommate bedrooms and remaining shared bathroom is on the third floor. The stacked washer and dryer is also located on the third floor. Chores are shared and done regularly (like the (un)loading the dishwasher task is switched off between roommates with every cycle and main space cleaning ~2 weeks). Active communication with roommates is a must to distribute chores and peacefully coexist:) You will be able to quietly live on the first floor since the room is the only one on the first floor.
