Approximately 800 sq.ft. of space, it is located behind the owner's home and has... its own private gated entrance off a quiet non-through residential street. The large well lit main room has a vaulted ceiling, giving it an open spacious feel. This room has a dining area, reading and study areas, and a comfortable unique fold out couch for guests. There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, an efficient kitchenette with a combo microwave-convection oven and induction hot plate, and a bedroom with a high quality queen size bed. It is set in a lovely private garden with outdoor furniture, large trees, and a bubbling fountain that attracts birds.

This home is 2.8 miles from the University of Oregon Campus. It is 10 minutes from Autzen/UO, 10 minutes from Downtown Eugene. There is easy access to I-5 and the north-south corridor. Hwy 126 is also close, taking you just 1.5 hours west to the coast or 3 hours east to Bend. Restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities are all minutes away. It is located in a very walkable neighborhood. Bicycle route comes down the street and running trails are just blocks away, as are both the Willamette and McKenzie Rivers and dozens of parks.
