Fir Acres Drive - Duplex in cute neighborhood

I'm a grad student at UO and I'm looking to get a new roommate starting August 20th!

This is a 2-bdrm with 1.5 bath - 1 bedroom is avail for rent at $775! It's been a great place to live so far and is in a great area. I have two cats already -... which is why I've listed as 'no pets'.

The available bedroom is the standard size with a standard closet and large window (will add more pictures but I'd be happy to facetime/show around the apartment!).

We are close enough to campus that daily commute is super easy (~7-12 min drive depending on traffic) but far enough away that you don't feel like your next to the university. Close to lots of shopping and grocery stores. My first year at UO I parked at Autzen for free and took that bus line directly (no stops) to campus (however, that bus line only runs during the school year!).
