Grad Students- house for lease in a terrific location, just 8 blocks from UO. Quiet neighborhood.

This is a comfortable house with a great location only 8 blocks from the south side of the UO campus. There are four bedrooms (two with gas fireplaces), two full bathrooms (one was remodeled in December 2018), a large deck over the carport with a... fantastic sunset view to the north and west. There is also an atrium looking out over the back yard. The back yard is fenced and has terraced garden areas for tenants. Yard service is provided by the landlord.

This is the only rental house left in a quiet south university neighborhood. It is important that the tenants are good neighbors and do not become a nuisance in the community - both with noise and the appearance of the home. We would like to rent to a group of graduate students.

Current tenants will be vacating 7/31/26. It will be available 8/7/2026 or at a date landlord and tenants agree to.
