A five-bedroom house. We have in-unit washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and a backyard. There is driveway and street parking (free) available for a car. Gas heating, no air conditioning.

We’re in the Amazon Park/South Eugene area, about a 20 minute walk... to the south side of the campus. Rent is $730/mo (utilities not included).

No pets, but ESAs can be negotiated.
