The Madrone PTLA

I live in a four-bedroom apartment in the Madrone with another roommate, and we are looking for two roommates to rent out the last two rooms. There's a balcony, and we pay for most utilities, but there's an in-unit washer and dryer. It has street... parking but is within walking distance of campus. It's three stories and two bathrooms, so there are many stairs, but nothing is on the ground floor, which is great!
