House near campus w 4 great roommates! (1 bed available)

Looking for one person to take over my lease this Fall! This is a 5 bed 2 bath house with a huge backyard and natural lighting! You would be living with 4 other nice and welcoming UO students (all girls). The bedroom is spacious and able to fit a... queen bed as well as a desk, clothing rack, etc. In a nice, quiet neighborhood, this house is a 20 minute walk to campus, and a 7 minute bike ride! The living areas are fully furnished and there is an in unit washer and dryer. There is a covered parking spot as well as plenty of free 24 hour street parking in front of and around the house. This space is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes people of all backgrounds! Rent is split 5 ways with each tenant paying a base rent of $895 +reasonable utilities that vary each month (wifi, water and electricity, etc.) The lease begins August 5th, but I am willing to work something out if you are planning on moving in later in the fall!
