Large, Quiet House with yard in Friendly Neighborhood

Large house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The outside of the house features usable front and back yard space, back patio, sunny garden beds, and plenty of free parking. The inside of the house has several large shared spaces, dark, quiet bedrooms, a... cozy remote start fireplace, a shared garage for lots of storage, and laundry access on site. 4 quiet bedrooms upstairs, including a huge master bedroom and private bathroom (shower only). One beautiful bedroom downstairs with wood floors and large windows. The shared bathroom upstairs has a large double sink vanity that is separated from the toilet and bathtub/shower with a door. There will be new LVP and new carpet throughout the house.

Located just far enough from campus to be quiet and safe but close enough to bike. The route is a nice bike ride through neighborhoods and parks or down streets with bike lanes. There are some ups and downs but no big hills. The street is mostly owner occupied. There is a wonderful food-cart garden less than 1 mile away and several parks and playgrounds close by.
