About me:
I (23 F) am finishing up my bachelor’s this June with a science major and will be continuing at UO to get a Master’s in Education next year. I'm not a party person unless it's dnd or board game nights. I have a preference for introverted... roommates and I don't mind working out things like communal meals.

House info:
The house is in a neighborhood just over a mile from campus with a large backyard.
It comes unfurnished but I have two couches, a reading chair, and a TV + coffee table in the living room to share.
There is a stacked washer/dryer in a closet in the kitchen.
Shared bathroom with tub/shower.
As the lease states, no smoking or pets on the premises.

Landlord is responsive to maintenance requests and have been great overall.

Bedrooms are unfurnished.
Bedroom #1 Flexible availability, can be available starting/during spring term but need someone on the lease before August 1, 2025.
Bedroom #2 will be available August 1, 2025. This bedroom also has a private entry/exit.

There is parking available next to the house and on the street.

$733 for room and electricity, water, sewer, and garbage + $26 for internet = $759/month
