Looking for a roommate! House (Shared Housing)

Hi!

I am sadly leaving my cute little room and sweet roommate this summer :/
The room will be available around the beginning of June (with some flexibility if you'd rather move-in a little late or early).

The house is really well situated, near a... highway access, bike paths, buses, and it's super close to all the bars and restaurants in Whiteaker!
The house is a smaller house behind a bigger one, so it is not on the street and pretty quiet even though it is on Jefferson.
There is a lot of parking and a small yard.
Your room is kind of small, but I chose it over the bigger one when we moved in because it has so much light!

You would live with Tim, who is 30, a violin student at UO, tidy, quiet, really (really) kind and into board games and biking.

There is a front and a back door, so one is closer to Tim's room and the other to yours.

MUST LOVE DOGS!!!

You would also live with two (!) dogs! Watson is a 4 years old golden retriever, extremely goofy and loving. Arthur is a 2 months golden/blue heeler, suuuuper cute and a fast learner regarding potty training. We are very confident that there won't be any messes by the summer, but like I said, it does help if you love dogs and are ready to forgive some of the possible downsides :)

Please note that the living room currently looks a little crazy because of the puppy crate + puppy craziness. I didn't tidy the house before taking pictures so you get a feel of what it looks like on the daily. It is on the cleaner side, but not sparkling either !
