Looking for someone to Sublet in the fall

It’s a 4 bed 2 bath. You would be in the master your own private bathroom and large walk-in closet, and the other 3 rooms are on the opposite side of the house. It’s a little bit far from campus but it’s not too bad if you have a car or a... bike/electric scooter. It also has a pretty big yard. I have 3 roommates. Two of them are going into their 3rd year, and one of them is a transfer student starting in the fall. They spend a lot of time out of the house, and like to play games, watch tv, play sports, etc. We have a tv with an Apple tv and everything set up in the living room. The kitchen is a pretty good size, with dishwasher and microwave. Garage is mainly being used for storage, but we also have a ping pong table, an extra fridge and washer/dryer in there.
