Need a female roommate to share a great place!

Amazing charming house near campus. Two very cool easy going females need a roommate.

Upon entering you will fall in love with this charming two-story house with character in a beautiful serene neighborhood with majestic trees and quiet streets.... Close to everything, a 15-20 minute walk to Sundance Foods, Agate Alley Restaurant, Hayward Field, Amazon Park, and Willamette Southtowne. There are six parks nearby, and dozens of bars and restaurants. The University is a short bike or scooter ride away.

We've got a nice hardwood-floor room with spacious closets, for rent upstairs with great afternoon light and breeze. Between the two rooms is a shared full bath and a brand new kitchenette/ laundry room. The kitchenette comes equipped with a washer/dryer, new butcher block counters, a farmhouse sink, plenty of shelves and cabinet space, a microwave, nice sized apartment refrigerator, and toaster/coffee maker. You'll also share the living room, dining room, full kitchen, and peaceful large shady backyard with the daughter of homeowner. She is kind, casual and friendly food service employees and UofO student. One room is available either furnished or unfurnished.Ideal housemates would be similarly oriented female students open to new friends and relaxed board games, watching films and conversation. But there's plenty of space upstairs for privacy and spending time on your own if that's your preference. Must love pets- have a cat.

Kitchen has a new stainless steel stove and microwave. Ring security cameras installed.

Hopes of building a garden? There's plenty of room!

The home has central heat and each room comes with a new portable air conditioner.

Chess and board game lovers, as well as musicians and artists (all creatives) clearly will love this dining room as well as the rest of the home. LGBTQ friendly.
