It's a three story townhouse, with two bedrooms on the top floor and one on the bottom. The middle floor has a large kitchen, living room, and a very spacious balcony facing the inside of the courtyard. I have lived here for a year and have never... experienced any problems with utilities or the landlords. The two rooms on the top floor share a bathroom, that has a sliding door separating the sink from the toilet/shower.
