Orchard Crossing Apartments... located at 1965 E 15th Ave, Apt 125 is for lease from June 24, 2025, until August 31, 2025. You can live rent free from June 24 through June 30!!! That is right!! You would not be responsible for any rent for the remainder of June. You would have to apply and be approved through the leasing office. The monthly rent for July and August is $1939 for each month. Utilities usually run about $30 per month and the internet is included in the rent. This is a one-bedroom, fully furnished, key fob building access, first floor apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer.
