Peaceful Studio

Wooded property in Southeast Eugene with 5 acres and a large garden space. It is very quiet and private, yet only 5 minutes to Albertsons and other amenities. The unit is a studio apartment over the garage, and one space in the garage comes with the... unit. Access to the unit is via a private stairway and deck. An elevator in the middle of the house could be used to access the unit if necessary. The washer and dryer is shared with the homeowners and is located on the same floor as the unit, between the unit and the owners' side of the house.

The unit is fully furnished. It has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, microwave/convection/air fryer, Instant Pot and dishwasher. There are full sets of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. The floors are oak. Internet is via cable to main floor, and then via wi-fi throughout the house.

The unit has its own heating and air-conditioning.

The homeowners are retired UO alumni, and the household is quiet at night. A highly trained lab and 2 indoor cats share the owners' space. Rent is set at a reduced rate for renters temporarily in Eugene to study or teach, and who are looking for an affordable home as sanctuary. No smoking and no drama.
