Pebble Beach

Howdy! I've got a vacant room that I am renting out in my apartment. The apartment itself is roughly 700 sqft with a fully furnished kitchen and living room, plus a bathroom. The room is barely furnished and is 100sqft. It's just down the road from... campus and a few blocks from the EMX line. Paired with parking in the alley connected to the apartment, it's a perfect place for anyone going to or working at the university!

It is a 12-month lease in my name, but my former roommate wasn't able to pay rent so just trying to find someone to take over for him :)

Pretty much everything is covered like utilities, internet, etc. I also have a good bit of food money from EBT which can cover a large chunk of what is needed. Laundry is just downstairs, plus a balcony for plants and such. I also do have 2 cats who are very shy but are very sweet once they warm up to you.

Since I'd be your roommate I'll give a little description of myself. I'm 22y/o and male, I play video games a lot, write a fair bit and love to cook. I'm a bit of an extrovert but sometimes I will just chill in my room when I need my own time. During school I'm going to be grinding heavily on my studies or trying to go out and do fun things, plus sometimes I enjoy to have friends over (but I feel as long as we communicate when people are over and what not that should be ok).

here's some extra details (plus clarifying the costs) :)
- Smoke safe, just pretty please smoke outside (I smoke weed so its defiantly fine)
- Alcohol safe
- Dishwasher, microwave and air fryer included
- I have some extra tapestries and blinds you can use to decorate (or replace the one blocking the window)
- Currently I have no streaming services
- Your half of the rent would be 650/month with roughly 50/month for electric

I will require proof of income, however loans should be fine (as long as they are already approved!)
