Spacious 1 bedroom house in SE hills on wooded lot. Private entrance but shares a driveway with a main house. Parking for 1 car. Offered first to UO community by an alum (MA 1993). $1000/mo, 12 month lease.

About 800 square feet as an accessory... dwelling unit. Big single bedroom 24’x24’ with big built in closets. Open upstairs loft about 10’x12’. Big kitchen 12’x24’ has washer/dryer provided. Instant hot water. Breakfast bar with two stools about 6’ from the water garden.
Bathroom 6’x12’ has tub/shower and closet.
Big built in closets upstairs and downstairs. Some custom woodworking and a gas fireplace in the main room. Electric wall heat for other rooms. Insulated.
Water garden at front door.

It is about 7 minute walk to the bus stop, and good connection to E. Amazon bike path to campus.

We will be sharing the driveway, off street parking for one car.

I had a great experience with my last renter. (grad student at the U of O.) Maturity preferred. I sometimes use the garage below the house and/or the driveway for woodworking projects and unloading vehicles . The garage is not available for parking.
The house is ready to view now, but I will patiently wait for the right (low drama) situation.
