Room in 4 bed apartment near campus (queer housing) (Shared Housing)

Our apartment is a multi-storied unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There's a staircase leading from the entrance up to the first floor, where the common space, balcony, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom are located. The other three... bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor.

The available bedroom is on the first floor and is nestled down the hall from the common space and kitchen, beside the laundry room. The first floor bedroom has a north-facing window. It can comfortably fit a queen bed and a desk. The first floor bathroom is shared between the occupant of the first floor bedroom and the common space. The first floor bathroom has both a shower and tub.

We have two parking spaces associated with our unit. We pay for supplemental street parking in Zone 40. The three of us already living in the apartment have cars, and we have a system to rotate parking. There is a locking bike storage closet on the ground floor of the building.

We're about a 15-20 min. walk from UO, and there are bike lanes leading to campus accessible off of 13th Ave. Read More
