We have 2 rooms available in a shared house located near Amazon park for a long term lease. One is a standard bedroom for $515 the other is an outdoor accessory dwelling unit for $585. We can fill one or both rooms. Must have great rental history,... good credit score, and pass a background check and be looking to stay for a year long lease. 3 great roommates and a dog, introverts, lgbtiq+ friendly, both male and female, 2 grad students. Shared kitchen (with supplies), living room, and bathroom. Plenty of food storage space. Nice backyard with a garden. 1 year lease - looking for someone who wants to stay awhile. Rent is $515 a month for one room and $585 for the other + utilities which range from ~$50 to ~$100. $500 security deposit Pets are not preferred but allowed with landlord approval.
