We are a four bedroom and three bath 2450 sq. ft. home. There are 3 other responsible, and quiet adult males. The common areas include kitchen, living room, dining and laundry area. The house is set back off the street with a longish driveway that allows for privacy and quiet. The available bedroom has been updated recently with new paint and carpeting. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and the two bedrooms downstairs have their own bathrooms. The available bedroom is on the first floor next to bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living room. I own and operate a local residential design company and have an office inside the home. I occasionally have clients into the office which has separate access from the back.
