Room in Townhouse Available

Hi!
My name is Ceili and my pronouns are she/her. My roommates Nico, Casper, and I have a room available starting September 23rd in the four bedroom townhouse we rent. The room is $458.5 a month, the deposit is $458.5, our combined monthly utility...
and internet bill is usually $80 to $100 per person. Our lease renews in December and we expect that they will raise the rent at that point. This room is a bit smaller than the others so you would pay $30 less than Ceili, Casper, and I.

We are right by Hendricks Park which makes it a great place for hikers and outdoor people! The townhouse is about a twenty to thirty minute walk from UofO campus and the closest bus stop is the Emx. I have a cat, her name is Marisol and she super sweet and friendly. She is scared of dogs so unfortunately you cannot have them. Cats are fine, but they need to be indoor only. We are looking for someone who is LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly. You will need to be fully vaccinated for covid 19. Unfortunately we cannot consider couples for the room because we only have one shower. Additionally, our property manager requires that you pass their background check which requires a $50 application fee.
We have a washer and dryer in unit and all of the bedrooms are upstairs. The housing complex has a dumpster for trash.

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see the room.
Hope you have a good day!
